At Trendyse, we want you to love your candles as much as we do! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy below:

🕯️ Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• If your candle has been opened or used, we cannot accept a return for hygiene and safety reasons.

💸 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

🔄 Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange an item for a different scent or design, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the process to ensure you get the perfect candle!
